We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Animal Behaviorist to join our team in Dubai. The Animal Behaviorist will be responsible for observing, studying, and analyzing the behavior of animals within our transportation and logistics operations. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to ensure the well-being and safety of all animals in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting behavioral assessments of animals in our transportation and logistics operations
- Developing and implementing behavior modification plans as needed
- Providing training and guidance to staff on animal handling and behavior management techniques
- Collaborating with veterinarians and other animal care professionals to ensure the health and welfare of animals
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of behavior modification plans
- Maintaining detailed records of animal behavior and progress
- Researching and staying up-to-date on the latest developments in animal behavior science

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Behavior, Zoology, Biology, or related field
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience working with animals in a professional setting
- Strong knowledge of animal behavior, cognition, and welfare
- Excellent observation and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing animal transportation and welfare
