Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the design and development of innovative consumer goods environments, collaborating with architects, designers, and project managers to create detailed and accurate architectural drawings. This position requires a strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with architects and design teams to produce detailed architectural drawings and plans for various consumer goods projects, including retail spaces, showrooms, and exhibition stands.
- Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) to create precise and comprehensive drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Assist in the development and modification of design concepts, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain architectural documentation, including specifications, schedules, and material lists.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to gather information and ensure design accuracy.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate the smooth execution of projects.
- Support project managers in preparing presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in architectural drafting, preferably within the consumer goods sector.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and zoning regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.) is a plus.
