We are seeking a creative and organized individual to join our team as an Art Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for art and design, as well as excellent communication and time management skills. This role will involve supporting the Art Director in various tasks related to the creation and implementation of visual merchandising displays and marketing materials.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Art Director in developing and executing creative concepts for visual merchandising displays.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and signage for retail stores.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials for art projects.
- Assist in the installation and setup of visual displays in retail stores.
- Maintain inventory of art supplies and materials.
- Assist in creating digital content for social media and online platforms.
- Provide general administrative support to the Art Director as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. (0-8 years of experience)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
