We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, focusing on agriculture. The Art Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our art program, including planning, organizing, and implementing a variety of artistic initiatives within the agricultural industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive art program that aligns with the company's goals and objectives in agriculture.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities for artistic projects and initiatives.
- Manage the budget for the art program and ensure all projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of artists and volunteers to assist with program implementation.
- Coordinate with artists, vendors, and suppliers to source materials and resources needed for art projects.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of art installations and exhibits on company premises.
- Develop partnerships with local artists and cultural organizations to promote the art program and increase community engagement.
- Create and maintain a database of artists, artwork, and projects for future reference and documentation.
- Evaluate the success of the art program through data analysis and feedback from stakeholders, making adjustments and improvements as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Art, Art History, Fine Arts, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the agriculture industry.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in the art world.
- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
