We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Protection Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in Pharmaceuticals and possess strong knowledge of asset protection strategies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement asset protection policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
- Monitor inventory levels and investigate discrepancies or losses.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other external partners to investigate and resolve incidents of theft or fraud.
- Train and educate employees on asset protection protocols and best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments in asset protection technology.
- Prepare and present reports on asset protection performance and initiatives to senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset protection, preferably in the Pharmaceuticals industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations related to asset protection.
