We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Assistant Baker to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the agriculture industry and possess a strong understanding of baking techniques and ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Baker in preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods using locally sourced agricultural products.
- Help in monitoring and maintaining inventory of baking supplies and ingredients.
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality and presentation standards set by the company.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in developing new recipes and products using fresh agricultural ingredients.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working in a bakery or similar setting.
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and equipment.
- Understanding of agriculture practices and the importance of using locally sourced ingredients.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
