We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Barista to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position is based in an Agriculture setting, where we serve freshly brewed coffee made from locally sourced beans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Barista in preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions
- Assist in training new barista staff as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team
- Must be fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus

Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma in Hospitality or related field
- Food safety certification
