We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Construction Manager to join our team in Sharjah within the pharmaceutical industry. The Assistant Construction Manager will be responsible for assisting the Construction Manager in overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Construction Manager in planning and coordinating construction projects from start to finish
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure they meet company standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to schedules
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure all work meets industry standards
- Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Assist in budget management and cost control to ensure projects stay within budget
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on site
- Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- [X] years of experience in construction management (preferably in pharmaceuticals)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driver's license and transportation for site visits
