We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Construction Manager to join our team in Sharjah within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The Assistant Construction Manager will work closely with the Construction Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project completion
- Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and performance
- Mentor and train junior construction staff as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in construction management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
