We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Controller to join our growing healthcare organization in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Controller in overseeing the financial operations of the organization
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management
- Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Manage the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Supervise a team of accounting professionals and provide guidance and training as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or CMA certification preferred

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
