We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Counselor to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the consumer goods industry. The Assistant Counselor will work closely with the legal team to provide support in a variety of legal matters related to the consumer goods sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and compliance documents.
- Conduct legal research on various consumer goods regulations and laws in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
- Provide support in managing legal cases and disputes, including coordinating with external legal counsel.
- Assist in developing legal strategies and providing recommendations to the legal team.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation.
- Assist in preparing legal reports and presentations for management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
- Admission to practice law in Abu Dhabi or the UAE is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a legal role within the consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of consumer goods regulations and laws.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
