We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Counselor to join our Information Technology team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to support and guide others in their professional development.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing legal advice and support to the Information Technology department
- Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to IT projects
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various technology-related issues
- Assist in compliance efforts and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide guidance on legal matters
- Assist in managing and resolving legal disputes or issues as they arise
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments in information technology law

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Licensed to practice law in Abu Dhabi

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations pertaining to information technology
