We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Assistant Curator to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The Assistant Curator will work closely with the Curator to assist in the coordination and implementation of exhibitions, acquisitions, and other aspects of the museum or gallery's collection.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Curator in researching, planning, and organizing exhibitions and displays.
- Help in the acquisition of new pieces for the collection through research and networking.
- Assist in the cataloging and documentation of the collection, including maintaining accurate records and files.
- Work with conservation and preservation teams to ensure the proper care and maintenance of the collection.
- Assist in the creation of educational programs and tours for visitors.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote exhibitions and events.
- Provide support during the installation and deinstallation of exhibitions.
- Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and funding applications.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Art History, Museum Studies, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience working in a museum or gallery setting.
- Strong research and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of best practices in museum curation and collection management.
