We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing management and administration, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing all nursing operations within the facility
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices
- Manage and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and improve outcomes
- Monitor patient satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance the patient experience
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the nursing department
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance efforts
- Stay current on trends and advancements in nursing practice and healthcare technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred
- Valid nursing license in Abu Dhabi

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and standards
