We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Assistant Facilities Manager will work closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all facilities within our educational institution.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of facilities management policies and procedures
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facilities, including maintenance, cleaning, and security
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for facility repairs and maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify and address any issues
- Assist in the development and monitoring of the facilities budget
- Manage the inventory of supplies and equipment for the facilities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide support to staff and students for any facilities-related issues
- Assist in the planning and execution of facility improvement projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- [X] years of experience in facilities management, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management software
