We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Assistant Farm Manager with a strong background in Information Technology to join our team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Farm Manager in overseeing daily farm operations, focusing on the integration of technology in agricultural practices.
- Collaborate with IT specialists to implement and maintain farm management software and hardware systems, ensuring they meet operational needs.
- Monitor and analyze data from precision farming tools and IoT devices to optimize crop yield and resource management.
- Support the development and execution of IT-related projects, including automation of farming processes and implementation of data analytics.
- Train farm staff on the use of technology and software systems, ensuring all team members are proficient in their use.
- Conduct regular assessments of farm technology infrastructure and recommend upgrades or changes to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in farm management or agricultural technology.
- Strong understanding of agricultural practices and the application of technology in farming.
- Proficient in farm management software, data analytics tools, and IoT devices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and motivate team members.
