We are seeking an experienced Assistant Groundskeeper to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining outdoor spaces and ensuring the overall cleanliness and appearance of the retail grounds.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Groundskeeper in maintaining and improving the appearance of the retail grounds, including landscaping, gardening, and general upkeep.
- Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment such as lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and trimmers.
- Plant, water, and prune trees, shrubs, and flowers to ensure a visually appealing environment.
- Monitor and control pests and diseases in plants to maintain their health and appearance.
- Assist with snow removal and salting during winter months.
- Perform regular inspections of the grounds to identify any maintenance or safety issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate groundskeeping activities for special events or promotions.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Groundskeeper or similar role.
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques and plant care.
- Ability to operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that require heavy lifting and bending.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in landscaping or horticulture.
- Previous experience working in a retail environment.
