We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Logistics Manager based in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management within a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Logistics Manager in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costs
- Prepare and analyze reports on key logistics metrics, such as on-time delivery and inventory turnover
- Assist in managing relationships with third-party logistics providers and negotiate contracts
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing transportation and logistics activities
- Train and supervise logistics staff to ensure efficient and safe operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
