We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Logistics Manager to join our telecommunications company based in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and supply chain management, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Logistics Manager in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and warehousing
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and shipments
- Implement and optimize logistics processes to increase efficiency and reduce lead times
- Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with logistics service providers
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing logistics operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
- Knowledge of local and international logistics regulations and best practices
