We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Logistics Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The Assistant Logistics Manager will be responsible for supporting the Logistics Manager in overseeing and coordinating the logistical operations of our educational institution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating logistics operations, including procurement, transportation, inventory management, and distribution
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies
- Monitor and analyze logistical performance and make recommendations for process improvements
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and track shipments
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
- Assist in managing relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Provide support in budgeting and forecasting for logistics operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in logistics operations
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and logistics software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
