We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Product Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will support the Product Manager in all aspects of product development and management within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing product strategies to meet market demands and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and production to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
- Manage product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, including pricing, positioning, and inventory management.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including specifications, user manuals, and marketing materials.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Support sales team with product training, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to construction products.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- [X] years of experience in product management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and product management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
