We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Real Estate Manager to join our manufacturing company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate management and be able to assist in overseeing the company's extensive property portfolio.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing all aspects of the company's real estate holdings, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Coordinate with property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with local regulations
- Assist in negotiating lease agreements and resolving tenant disputes
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure all necessary repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely manner
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to maximize the company's real estate assets
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to the company's real estate holdings
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and provide recommendations for potential property acquisitions or divestitures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate management
- Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software
