We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Treasurer to join our retail team based in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial management, cash flow analysis, and treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily cash balances and ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs
- Monitor and analyze financial data, including cash flow projections and bank reconciliations
- Assist in managing relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Support the Treasurer in developing and implementing financial strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risks
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management
- Assist in managing foreign exchange exposure and hedging strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve financial efficiency
- Assist in managing debt and equity financing activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in treasury operations or financial management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and cash flow analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of treasury systems and financial software
- Professional certification (e.g. CTP) is a plus
