Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is crucial in supporting the operational excellence of our financial services division. Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various operational programs and initiatives within the financial services sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and actionable insights.

3. Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization within existing operations.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial services operations.

4. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, compliance, and technology teams.
- Serve as a liaison between operational teams and management to communicate project status, challenges, and solutions.

5. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all operational processes adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Support risk assessment initiatives and contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies.

6. Training and Development:
- Assist in the training of new team members on operational processes and tools.
- Continuously seek personal and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge in financial services operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in operations management or program management within the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards in the UAE is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on strategic thinking.
