We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Audiology Assistant to join our team in Al Ain. As an Audiology Assistant, you will work closely with our audiologists to provide support in conducting hearing tests, fitting hearing aids, and assisting with patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist audiologists in conducting hearing tests and evaluations
- Fit and adjust hearing aids for patients
- Maintain and update patient records
- Provide education and counseling to patients on hearing loss and hearing aid use
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of hearing aids
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and answering phone calls
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Audiology or related field
- At least 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and electronic medical records systems
- Knowledge of hearing aid technology and fitting procedures
