We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Manager Assistant in Dubai. The successful candidate will work closely with the Automotive Service Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our automotive service center.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Automotive Service Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the service center
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of all customer appointments, repairs, and services provided
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering parts as needed
- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Assist in training and supervising service technicians
- Perform administrative tasks such as invoicing, processing payments, and maintaining customer files

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and automotive service software
