We are currently seeking a Baggage Handler Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This position is based in the agriculture industry and will involve assisting with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo at various agricultural facilities in the region.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo onto and off of aircraft, trucks, and other modes of transportation
- Ensure that all baggage and cargo is handled safely and securely to prevent damage
- Operate equipment such as conveyor belts, dollies, and forklifts to transport baggage and cargo
- Assist in sorting and organizing baggage and cargo according to destination
- Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required (less than 8 years of experience)
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
