We are seeking a talented and passionate Ballet Dancer Assistant to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. As a Ballet Dancer Assistant, you will work closely with our lead ballet dancers to assist them in their performances and rehearsals. This is a unique opportunity to combine your love for ballet with a career in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist lead ballet dancers with costume changes, props, and stage set-up
- Attend rehearsals and performances to provide support to the lead dancers
- Help maintain and organize costumes, props, and equipment
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth and successful performances
- Assist with choreography and dance routines as needed
- Provide feedback and support to lead dancers to enhance their performances
- Attend training sessions and workshops to improve your skills and knowledge in ballet

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a ballet dancer assistant or in a similar role
- Strong passion for ballet and performing arts
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of ballet techniques and terminology
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in ballet or performing arts
