Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Ballet Dancer Assistant in the Transportation and Logistics department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our ballet dancers and ensuring smooth transportation logistics for their performances and rehearsals.

Responsibilities:
- Assist ballet dancers with costume changes, props, and any other needs during performances and rehearsals
- Coordinate transportation logistics for dancers to and from performance venues
- Ensure costumes, props, and other dance equipment are properly maintained and organized
- Assist with set-up and tear-down of performance spaces
- Communicate effectively with dancers, choreographers, and other team members to ensure seamless coordination of logistics
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for dancers and staff
- Provide general administrative support to the Transportation and Logistics team as needed

Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a similar role in the performing arts industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with transportation logistics and event planning
- Knowledge of ballet and dance terminology is a plus
