We are seeking a talented and passionate Ballet Dancer Assistant to join our team in Dubai, specializing in Real Estate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ballet and dance, as well as experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead Ballet Dancer in rehearsals and performances
- Help with costume changes and backstage preparations
- Provide support during dance classes and workshops
- Collaborate with choreographers and directors to bring their vision to life
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and artistry at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ballet and dance
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of classical ballet techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
