Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Ballet Dancer Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This unique position blends the art of ballet with the innovative world of Information Technology, offering an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about both dance and technology. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ballet techniques and a keen interest in leveraging technology to enhance performance and training experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead ballet instructor in conducting ballet classes for students of various skill levels, ensuring a supportive and nurturing environment.
- Collaborate with the artistic team to integrate technology into ballet training, including the use of video analysis software, digital choreography tools, and virtual reality applications.
- Help in the organization and maintenance of ballet equipment and technology resources, ensuring that all tools are functional and accessible for classes and rehearsals.
- Coordinate with IT personnel to troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during classes or performances, ensuring minimal disruption to the training schedule.
- Support the planning and execution of ballet performances, including managing stage setups, sound and lighting checks, and backstage coordination.
- Collect and analyze performance data using digital tools, providing feedback to dancers and instructors to enhance training outcomes.
- Assist in the promotion of ballet programs through social media and other digital platforms, showcasing the integration of technology in dance.
- Maintain a safe and clean studio environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with both ballet techniques and technological advancements in the arts.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Dance, Performing Arts, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ballet dance or a related role.
- Proficient in ballet techniques and a solid understanding of various dance styles.
- Familiarity with digital dance tools and technology, such as video editing software, choreography apps, and performance analytics platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring dancers.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals in both the arts and technology sectors.
- A positive attitude, creativity, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Work Environment:
This position will be based in a vibrant and creative studio environment located in Dubai, renowned for its rich cultural scene. The role may require occasional evening and weekend hours to accommodate class schedules and performances.
