We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bank Branch Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the banking industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bank branch, including managing staff, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase branch profitability and achieve business goals
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention
- Train and mentor branch staff to ensure high levels of productivity and customer service
- Monitor branch performance and report on key metrics to senior management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in banking regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
