We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bank Branch Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology within the banking industry and possess excellent leadership and management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the bank branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote the branch's products and services in the market.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
- Manage and mentor branch staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations and technology systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
