Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bank Branch Manager to oversee our branch operations in Abu Dhabi, focusing on the pharmaceutical sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch, ensuring compliance with regulatory policies, and delivering exceptional service to our clients in the pharmaceutical industry. This role requires strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of the banking needs specific to the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Branch Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and adherence to bank policies and procedures. Implement best practices to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical clients, understanding their banking needs and providing tailored financial solutions. Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

- Financial Performance: Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, including sales, profitability, and operational efficiency. Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and increase market share within the pharmaceutical sector.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with banking regulations and internal policies. Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate records to meet regulatory requirements.

- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with branch operations and client transactions. Implement risk management strategies to safeguard the bank's assets and reputation.

- Marketing and Business Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop initiatives that promote the bank's services to pharmaceutical clients. Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion in the sector.

- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, client feedback, and market trends to senior management. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services, particularly those tailored to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
