We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bank Manager to oversee the operations of our bank branch in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer goods banking and a proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving financial targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase branch profitability and customer satisfaction
- Manage and lead a team of banking professionals to ensure high performance and productivity
- Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including customer service, sales, lending, and risk management
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to staff on complex banking transactions and customer inquiries
