Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bank Manager to lead our branch operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily banking activities, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, managing staff, and enhancing customer experience. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in financial services and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Branch Operations Management:
Oversee all branch operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to operational policies and procedures. Manage daily banking functions including cash management, customer service, and transactions.

- Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of banking professionals. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate training programs to enhance staff skills and productivity.

- Customer Relationship Management:
Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their banking needs and preferences. Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Sales and Business Development:
Drive sales initiatives to achieve branch targets and expand the bank’s customer base. Develop strategies to promote financial products and services, and identify opportunities for cross-selling.

- Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all banking operations comply with local and international regulations. Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and implement necessary measures to maintain compliance.

- Financial Performance Monitoring:
Analyze branch performance metrics, including financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare regular reports for upper management and recommend strategies for improvement.

- Risk Management:
Identify potential risks within branch operations and implement effective risk management strategies. Ensure proper security measures are in place to protect bank assets and customer information.

- Community Engagement:
Represent the bank in the local community by participating in outreach programs and fostering positive relationships with local businesses and organizations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, compliance regulations, and risk management practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Proven sales and business development acumen, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in financial analysis and reporting, with strong attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
