We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Beverage Operations Manager to join our healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of beverage operations within the facility, including managing inventory, developing and implementing beverage menus, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement beverage menus that meet the needs and preferences of patients, visitors, and staff
- Manage inventory of all beverages, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed
- Train and supervise staff to ensure they provide high-quality service and adhere to health and safety regulations
- Monitor and analyze sales and cost data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase profitability
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate beverage service with food service and special events
- Maintain a clean and organized beverage service area, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Stay current on industry trends and developments in beverage service to ensure the facility remains competitive and innovative

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in beverage operations management
- Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
