We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Beverage Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of beverage operations within our financial services organization based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing beverage programs, inventory control, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement beverage strategies to drive sales and profitability.
2. Manage all aspects of beverage operations, including ordering, inventory control, and quality control.
3. Oversee the selection and procurement of beverages, glassware, and equipment.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and quality products.
5. Train and supervise beverage staff, including bartenders and servers, to ensure exceptional service and product knowledge.
6. Monitor and analyze sales trends, costs, and profitability to make data-driven decisions.
7. Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote beverage offerings and drive sales.
8. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to beverage operations.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
