We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Educator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Bilingual Educator in the retail sector, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between English and Arabic-speaking customers and staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide language support to Arabic-speaking customers and staff members
- Translate documents, signage, and promotional materials from English to Arabic and vice versa
- Conduct language training sessions for staff members to improve communication skills
- Assist in resolving language barriers and misunderstandings between customers and staff
- Collaborate with management to develop bilingual customer service strategies
- Stay updated on cultural norms and etiquette to ensure effective communication

Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Arabic languages
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field
- Prior experience as a Bilingual Educator in a retail setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cultural differences and sensitivity
