Key Responsibilities:
- Debt Collection: Effectively manage and collect overdue accounts through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Ensure timely and efficient collection of payments while adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
- Client Communication: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage timely payments. Address any client inquiries or disputes regarding their accounts professionally and courteously.
- Account Management: Monitor and maintain detailed records of all collections activities, including payment history, account status, and communications. Use this data to generate reports and provide insights to management.
- Negotiation: Negotiate payment plans and settlements with clients as necessary, ensuring that agreements are secured in a manner that minimizes financial loss to the company.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as accounting and customer service, to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to client accounts.
- Compliance: Ensure all collection practices are compliant with local laws and regulations pertaining to debt collection in the UAE, as well as company policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving collection processes and strategies, and provide feedback to management to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 7 years of experience in debt collection or accounts receivable, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding collection targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with accounting software.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to debt collection in the UAE.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
