We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Billing Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Billing Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of billing and invoicing operations for our consumer goods company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement billing processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Manage a team of billing specialists to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices
- Monitor billing systems and software to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and sales, to streamline billing processes and improve overall efficiency
- Analyze billing data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to billing and invoicing
- Prepare and present regular reports on billing activities and performance to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- [X] years of experience in billing operations or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of billing systems and software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
