We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Billing Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in the construction industry and a strong understanding of billing operations and project management.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the billing operations for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all billing processes
- Develop and implement billing procedures and policies to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinate with project managers and finance team to ensure billing aligns with project timelines and budgets
- Monitor and analyze billing data to identify trends and potential issues, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Lead a team of billing specialists, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline billing processes and enhance overall project performance
- Prepare and present regular reports on billing operations to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in billing operations, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
- Proficiency in billing software and MS Office applications
