Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Biomedical Technician to join our dynamic team in the energy sector based in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal functionality of biomedical equipment and systems used in various health-related applications within the energy industry. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine maintenance, calibration, and repair of biomedical equipment used in energy-related health applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to medical devices and systems, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technical staff to integrate biomedical technology into energy systems, ensuring compatibility and performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of equipment maintenance, repairs, and inventory management, adhering to established protocols.
- Provide technical support and training to healthcare professionals and other staff on the proper use and maintenance of biomedical equipment.
- Participate in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs and safety protocols to enhance equipment reliability.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in biomedical technology and energy applications, integrating new knowledge into daily operations.
- Work closely with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to biomedical equipment in the energy sector.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 to 6 years of experience in biomedical equipment maintenance and repair, preferably in the energy or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of biomedical instrumentation, electrical systems, and relevant industry standards.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repair techniques for a variety of biomedical devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to biomedical equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
