We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Boat Captain Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Boat Captain Assistant will work closely with the Boat Captain to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our vessels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Boat Captain in navigating and steering the boat in a safe and responsible manner
- Assist with mooring and anchoring the boat as needed
- Assist with maintenance and cleaning of the boat, including washing and waxing the exterior, cleaning the interior, and performing routine maintenance tasks
- Assist with loading and unloading of cargo and supplies
- Assist with ensuring the safety of passengers and crew at all times
- Assist with emergency procedures in the event of an accident or emergency situation
- Assist with record-keeping and documentation as required

Requirements:
- Previous experience working on boats or ships
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor as needed
- Valid boat operator's license or willingness to obtain one
