We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bookstore Manager to oversee our bookstore located in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for books and information technology, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the bookstore, including inventory management, sales, customer service, and staff supervision
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Coordinate with vendors and publishers to ensure timely delivery of books and other products
- Train and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote new releases, events, and special promotions
- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed business decisions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations
