We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a background in Consumer Goods and possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage the operations of our branch.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations of the branch, including sales, inventory management, customer service, and staff performance
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales and operational staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
- Prepare and analyze reports on branch performance, including sales forecasts and budget updates
- Collaborate with the head office and other branches to share best practices and drive overall company success

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- [X] years of experience in a managerial role in the Consumer Goods industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
