We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Budget Analyst Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will work closely with the Budget Analyst to assist in financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our Aerospace and Defense projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collect and analyze financial data to support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management review
- Monitor project expenses and identify variances from budgeted amounts
- Assist in the development of financial models and forecasts to support decision-making
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure financial goals are met
- Support the Budget Analyst in ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- [X] years of experience in financial analysis or budgeting (experience in Aerospace and Defense industry preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
