We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Budget Planning Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The Budget Planning Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the annual budget for our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, as well as experience in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the annual budget for the healthcare organization
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Work closely with department heads to create departmental budgets and ensure alignment with overall organizational goals
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management
- Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for budget deviations
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in budget planning and financial management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
