We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Building Inspector to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and building codes, as well as exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of new and existing buildings to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Review building plans and blueprints to ensure they meet regulatory standards
- Identify and document any violations or issues with construction projects
- Communicate findings to contractors, developers, and other relevant parties
- Maintain detailed records of inspections and findings
- Provide guidance and assistance to contractors and developers on how to rectify any violations or issues
- Stay up-to-date on changes to building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
