We are seeking a skilled and reliable Building Maintenance Worker to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of our facilities to ensure they are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and other building systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify any potential issues or safety hazards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from employees or management.
- Perform general carpentry work, such as repairing doors, windows, and furniture.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools and equipment.
- Assist with building renovations, remodels, and construction projects as needed.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance or repair work.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Building Maintenance Worker or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of maintenance issues.
- Good physical condition and stamina to handle the demands of the job.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in a relevant trade (e.g. electrical, plumbing, carpentry).
- Experience working in a consumer goods industry.
